Kegel8 Dilator Lubricating Comfort Gel

Description

Kegel8 has been the UK's leading pelvic health brand for nearly 30 years, helping people understand and navigate pelvic health challenges — including dilator therapy — with expert guidance at every stage.

Kegel8 Dilator Gel is a natural, water-based lubricant formulated for comfortable home-use dilator therapy. Suitable for vaginal or anal use, it can support dilator treatment following surgery or radiotherapy when recommended by a clinician. This hormone-free formula is widely recommended for dilator therapy during cancer treatment, for those who need or prefer to avoid artificial hormones. Odourless, colourless, and easy to apply, it's designed to keep comfort at the centre of every session.

Dilator therapy is a common technique, recommended by physiotherapists, used to help prevent vaginal muscles from becoming tight or painful. After menopause, the vagina can become drier, less elastic, narrower, and shorter — changes that can make intimate exams or procedures more difficult, and affect your sex life. Dilator therapy offers a natural, guided way to help manage conditions such as vaginismus and an overactive pelvic floor, supporting long-term comfort and function.

Why this gel

• Water-based and pH-balanced — gentle on skin and formulated not to disrupt healthy vaginal flora, which can otherwise lead to UTIs and discomfort if thrown off balance
• Hormone-free — contains no hormone-disrupting chemicals, making it suitable for use during and after radiotherapy or chemotherapy
• Colourless and odourless — a non-staining formula that wipes away easily after use
