1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps. Make sure it is firmly positioned and stable before use.

2. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface and yourself.

3. Straddle the grinder and lower yourself into a comfortable position.

4. Grind, rock, bounce, roll your hips, explore different movements and rhythms to find what feels best.

If using the bullet vibrator upgrade:

1. Insert the bullet vibrator into the designated opening at the bottom of the grinder before securing it.

2. Set the vibration speed to a comfortable starting level and adjust as desired.

After use, clean with warm soapy water or a suitable toy cleaner. Store in a lint-free bag away from direct sunlight.

Wrapped around the coffin before the first wave reaches it. Coiled. Patient. Claiming what was always meant to be claimed. The sea does not thrash. It does not demand. It simply draws its offering back into the depths, slow and certain.

• Is the bullet removable?

• Does the grinder stay in place during use?

• Is this suitable for beginners?
