• 1. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps. Ensure it is firmly positioned and stable before use.
• 2. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface, any insertable element and yourself.
• 3. Insert the body wand into the bowl-shaped cup at the top of the grinder. Make sure the wand is seated securely before continuing.
• 4. Straddle the grinder. Guide the insertable into a comfortable position, then lower yourself onto the grindable surface at your own pace.
• 5. Once comfortable, turn on the wand. Begin on a low setting and gradually adjust the intensity as desired.
