How the Lushense
platform works?

We operate through affiliate marketing. That means, we refer visitors from Lushense directly to your official online store. When a visitor makes a purchase, you pay a small commission from the sale. If there’s no sale, you pay nothing. There are no setup fees or hidden costs.

We only work with brands that have an existing affiliate or influencer program. Once connected, your brand is showcased across our search platforms and websites within related shopping categories.

How to join Lushense
as a brand?

It is simple in 3 easy steps.

1. Have an active affiliate or influencer program with tracking links and commission terms.

2. Get in touch with us — send us your affiliate registration page, we’ll review your brand and product fit.

3. Once approved, we’ll connect to your affiliate feed and start showcasing your products. No product feed? No problem. You can send us exported product list in csv or excel.

You’ll be able to track performance and sales through your affiliate dashboard, as usual. If you don't have an affiliate program, we can recommend trusted affiliate networks across the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand and Asia.

Lushense is mainly a platform for brands. Unfortunately, we can’t offer stores the same benefits as brands. However, we have a dedicated page here for trusted online stores around the world. If you would like to be listed, send us an email with your website link, a short description, and your affiliate program link. Our onboarding team will review your store and get back to you soon or apply directly to your program.

Having a working affiliate, referral, or ambassador program is required to join Lushense at this time. If you would like to be listed, you will need to register with one of the available affiliate networks and connect it to your website so referral clicks and orders are properly tracked. If you are new to affiliate marketing, we recommend reading about the basics first. There are several free affiliate networks where you can start before moving to a paid options.

Joining Lushense as a brand is free. Your public profile and your products listed in our curated categories are also free. The only requirement is that you have a valid affiliate program we can join.

Once our affiliate application is approved, we will create a mockup of your public brand profile and connect your products. We then map them into our curated shopping categories. Usually, your public profile is live within 1 to 2 working days. Product mapping may take longer depending on how many products you have and which platform you use. If you have a valid product feed, this process is much faster.

There is no extra technical setup needed. Everything operates through your existing affiliate network.

Referral orders, commissions, and payouts as well as any stats are managed by your affiliate network and you. We only follow your existing setup and terms and conditions.

Lushense is a safe and open space for all curious visitors. We do not control what people search for or how search engines rank trends. Because of that, we cannot guarantee a fixed number of referral orders or traffic. If you are interested in more detail traffic we currently have and forward to brands, please contact us directly.

We believe in fair visibility for all brands. We do not run paid ads, PPC, or re-targeting campaigns. Our growth is based on strong organic SEO and quality content. We use the latest SEO standards and technologies. From time to time, we feature verified partners or selected products in our lifestyle blog to increase exposure and brand awareness.

We offer several options to connect your products to our curated shopping categories. If your store runs on Shopify, we have a dedicated solution that uses Shopify’s open API. This allows us to sync your products seamlessly without any extra technical setup.

If you are part of AWIN, you can connect your product feed there. We can sync AWIN legacy feeds without any issues. However, enhanced AWIN feeds are not currently supported due to technical differences from the legacy format.

If you use other affiliate networks that allow product feed connections, we can integrate your feed through a CSV file.

If you have your own affiliate solution and are not part of a network with feed support, you can still send your products in CSV format. Please contact us, and we will provide a simple Excel template for your data.

For brands with around 25 products or fewer, our team can handle manual product mapping. For larger catalogues, we may ask for your help in preparing the CSV file. Most eCommerce platforms already include an easy product export function, so it should be simple to provide the data we need.

At this stage, you can send us your updates by email, and we will update your profile accordingly. We regularly monitor product and price changes and do our best to keep your information up to date. Sometimes, due to technical limits, updates may take a little longer to appear. For deals, we accept offers valid for at least 4 weeks or exclusive discounts without an expiry date. We are also building a partner portal where you will be able to manage your own information. We will let you know when it is ready.

Lushense reserves the right to choose which products are displayed. Because our categories are curated, some products may not fit our current listings or category structure. Our focus is on adult and sexual wellbeing products, so items like replacement parts, cables, gift cards, regular clothing, or bags are not shown. We also remove any products or images that appear offensive, pornographic, or not in line with other verified brands. Also, it is important to note, we can only display your branded products. We are unable to show products from other brands you may sell.

Yes, we have an internal click tracker that records outgoing referral clicks. This data is used only for internal purposes to monitor performance and compare it with reports from your affiliate program. If you would like to see some of this data, simply contact us and we can share a summary. We do not track referral order webhooks, as these are handled entirely by your affiliate network. Our internal tracking helps us improve our services and make sure all brands are treated fairly. Sadly, it is not uncommon for some brands to disable affiliate tracking while still receiving traffic and orders. If our internal click data is far different from the numbers reported by your network, we may escalate the issue to your affiliate provider. This can lead to the closure of your affiliate program and the immediate removal of your brand from Lushense. We value fairness and expect the same from all verified partners.

It is simple. Cancel our affiliate partnership, send us a short notification, and we will remove your profile, deals, and products.
