Hold the two small contact points against your thumb. Not anywhere more ambitious. Your thumb. Turn it on at the lowest of the 7 muscle stimulation levels. It will tingle. Move up one. It will pulse. Move up again. That is the one most people settle on, more or less.

Once you know what the sensations are, you can take it where you like. Some people use it as a teasing thing, on the inside of an arm, behind a knee, that sort of thing. Others are more direct. Both of those are the correct answer.
