A manual pump uses a hand bulb you squeeze to create suction — you build and release the vacuum yourself, at your own pace. No motor, no battery, nothing to charge. The translucent cylinder lets you see what's happening the whole time.

Control and simplicity. With a manual pump you feel exactly how much suction you're applying and can stop instantly. It's quiet, travel-friendly, nothing to charge, and costs less — a lot of people prefer that tactile control, especially starting out. Start gentle — soft fullness, never pain, numbness, or color change. With a manual pump, a few light squeezes is plenty at first; if it aches, release and go lighter. Keep early sessions to 5–10 minutes.

Very — the 2.0 is the starter. One custom-molded cylinder, a manual bulb, nothing to configure. It's the simplest, gentlest way to try pumping; you can always move to the Deluxe (3 sizes) or the Pro (digital gauge) later.

A little water-based lube around the rim, place the cylinder flush, and squeeze gently — you're aiming for soft fullness, never pain. Keep the first sessions to 5–10 minutes, a few times a week, and build slowly.

The science behind pumping

Bottom growth is driven mostly by testosterone. Androgens act on receptors in genital tissue to enlarge the clitorophallus — a well-documented effect that's most rapid in the first year on T (Grimstad et al., Andrology , 2021).

Where a pump comes in: blood flow. Vacuum devices use gentle negative pressure to draw blood into erectile tissue and raise the oxygen level in it — the same mechanism used in penile-rehabilitation medicine (Lin et al., Asian Journal of Andrology ; Yuan et al., International Journal of Impotence Research ). More blood flow is what produces the temporary fullness and heightened sensitivity you feel during a session.

Our honest caveat: that vacuum research was done on cis men for erectile function — no one has run a long-term study on trans masc bottom growth specifically.
