Extra Sauce — Key Specifications

• Weight: 1.07 pounds / 485 grams
• Battery Capacity: 2000mAh
• Usage Time: More than 60 minutes per charge, depending on the mode and intensity used
• Charge Time: 150 to 210 minutes
• Noise Level: 48 dB, measured in-house with a sound level meter 30 cm from the device in a quiet indoor room, running Spin & Suction together at maximum power, with the airflow sticker intact. Different rooms, distances and surfaces will give different readings.
• Water Resistance: The motor housing is not waterproof and is wipe-clean only. It contains a lithium battery, and water entering the housing can cause electrical leakage. The Sauce Cup sleeves detach and wash normally.
• App required: No app, no Bluetooth — all control is on the device.
• Warranty: 1 year on the Extra Sauce machine, covering malfunction of the electric components caused by manufacturing or parts defects. The Sauce Cups and the T-shirt are not covered by the device warranty. See our warranty policy .

Care & Cleaning

• Detach the cup first: Clean the sleeve, not the motor.
• Wash the sleeve: Warm water — never hot — with a mild neutral cleanser, or plain water. Rinse thoroughly.
• Dry it completely before reinserting or storing: Pat dry with a soft cloth and air dry fully. A damp sleeve traps moisture against the electronics.
• Never use a hair dryer or heater to dry the sleeve: Heat damages the TPE material.
• The motor housing is wipe-clean only: Use a clean cloth or towel. Do not rinse or submerge it.
• Water-based lubricant only: Silicone-based and oil-based lubricants degrade TPE.
• Do not remove the airflow sticker: It is part of a patented airflow design that reduces operating noise.

Sleeve Service Life: Each Sauce Cup lasts roughly 30 to 50 uses with the care above. Replacements are $20 each.
