This method of using your yoni egg while applying resistance promotes rapid & significant shifts in your pelvic strength, awareness, & pleasure. We only recommend this if you feel confident removing your yoni egg without the help of the string. In addition, with an undrilled yoni egg, you are not able to apply extra resistance to the egg.
