Do I need a wand to use Sin Saber?

No. It can be used without a wand as a standard insertable grinder. Adding a wand introduces deep, powerful vibration.

How strong does the vibration feel?

This depends on the wand used. Body wands deliver deep, rumbly vibration that travels through both the grind surface and the insertable.

What firmness should I choose?

Extra Soft offers more cushioning and flex. Soft provides more structure and pressure for a more defined feel.
