tone is a progressive kegel ball set designed to strengthen your pelvic floor at your own pace. there's no fixed programme, no timeline, just four weighted balls and two fitted straps that combine into seven distinct levels from 30g to 90g. start with the lightest, move up when the one you're on stops feeling like work.

crafted from medical-grade silicone over a stainless steel core, tone is smooth to the touch and easy to keep clean. the balls detach from the straps, so you build the load that matches where you are today. white is 30g, orange is 40g, red is 50g, and you can see the weight in your hand without checking a chart.

what it does
