kegel ball set - tone

Description

tone is a progressive kegel ball set designed to strengthen your pelvic floor at your own pace. there's no fixed programme, no timeline, just four weighted balls and two fitted straps that combine into seven distinct levels from 30g to 90g. start with the lightest, move up when the one you're on stops feeling like work.

crafted from medical-grade silicone over a stainless steel core, tone is smooth to the touch and easy to keep clean. the balls detach from the straps, so you build the load that matches where you are today. white is 30g, orange is 40g, red is 50g, and you can see the weight in your hand without checking a chart.

what it does

tone trains the pelvic floor the way resistance trains any other muscle. the weight gives your body something to hold, so your muscles respond automatically and you feel exactly which ones are working. each ball also holds a free-moving inner core that shifts as you move, meaning the muscle keeps responding while you walk or go about your day, not just during a session.

a stronger pelvic floor means stronger contractions, better control, and more sensation.

why it works

• seven load levels: four balls in three weights combine into 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90g. one set covers the whole progression, so you're not buying a second one in six months
• two fitted straps: 110mm for a single ball, 160mm for two. most sets ship one strap sized for two balls, which leaves beginners on loose, oversized hardware for their entire first stage
• free-moving inner weight: shifts with your movement so the pelvic floor responds reflexively between sessions, turning training into something that happens on its own
• colour coded by weight: white 30g, orange 40g, red 50g. no chart, no guessing which ball is which
• medical-grade silicone and stainless steel: non -porous, easy to clean, holds its shape through years of use
